We are looking for a skilled and experienced Residential - Heating Cooling Service Manager that wants an opportunity to work with a team that is focused on providing the best client experience possible while making great money and growing their and their teams personal skill set. 

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of management experience (Residential - Heating Cooling Service)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
• Ability to recommend what is in the best interest of the client and support that recommendation by educating the client
• Ability to help build and maintain an outstanding team

What you’ll be responsible for:

The essential functions of the Residential - Heating Cooling Service Manager are to run service calls, direct work flow, assist technicians and provide training. Their focus will be on delivering a level of service that far exceeds the customers’ expectations.  The Residential - Heating Cooling Service Manager assists field technicians with the ability to educate customers in choosing service options, finance options and .  This position is aware of the importance of incentive programs, ensures fair and equitable distribution, proper work documentation and is knowledgeable of the concept of flat rate pricing and its practice.  This position shares in the responsibility to strive for overall profitability of the company and those areas he/she are tasked with managing.  Additionally, this individual will be integral to the budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as helping to facilitate the growth of the department.

What you’ll receive from us:

        Pay rate $55,000 to $105,000 per year

• We pay ½ of the health insurance premium for the employee

• We have a fair guaranteed wage to keep your income safe along with a very high commission plan on top of the base wage.  Pay is neither capped nor based on seniority.  Bonuses and spiffs to make extra income.
